How does this call center tracking software work?

If your call center has an existing database, the reporting program will load the data from this database.

If you require a database, the software can be extended to support your operations.

Once the data is loaded into the reporting program, you can request almost any information by specifying:

  • What parameters you require? Eg number and duration of calls, number of callers.
  • How should the records by filtered? Eg by time period, only calls resulted in a sale, by team member.
  • To what level should the data be aggregated? Eg by state, by day of week, by outcome, etc

When done, run the report, view the results, take them into Excel for further analysis or into Powerpoint to prepare a presentation to your client or boss. Save the report and run it any time you need, perhaps using different parameters or with slight modifications every time.
