Systematically pursue your sales opportunities by
setting up call cycles (communication plans). "Program" the system
to generate sequences of messages for the contacts,
eg on day 5 send letter A, on day 15 send letter B and
so on. Create as many plans as you like and assign them
to your contacts, anchoring to any of the date field in the contact
records or to the current date.
Simply enter what communications with the prospect you want to
occur, and when. Specify any letters you may wish to send them and
personalise them with prospects' details. You can exactly specify
how your messages will be delivered or let the system select the
communication type automatically, based on prospect's communication
preferences.
You can do it individually or in bulk, selecting records from
the database by a flexible criteria. Assigning a plan to a contact will generate several "TO
DO" items in contact's screen:
Select "TO DO" items filtering them by date and
send the messages out at any time. For example, if a mail-out for
a particular contact falls to Sunday, you can do actually do
it on Friday by simply requesting the system to execute all communications
scheduled for Friday and the weekend, or for the entire week.
This simple function will automatically sort through
different messages and communication types (mail, email, fax), without
any further intervention from the operator
Use a simple report showing the number of contacts
linked to your various plans, the number of steps accomplished and
conversion rate. Filter by flexible criteria.
