Lists Management

While the standard configuration of Simply Contacts Database allows you to classify your contacts by adding a custom classification field, each contact can only be attributed to one class or included into only one list. With Contacts Lists Management, you can create an arbitrary number of lists and link each contact to any number of them.

For example, you can include people into multiple newsletters according to their interests.

Include contacts into Lists

• Each contact can be included into any number of lists
• Add and remove contacts to lists from the contacts screen
• Add or remove multiple contacts selected by a flexible criteria
• When contacts' details are updated, their details in all lists are updated automatically

Use lists throughout the program
most functions of the programs will now include list name into their flexible selection criteria

• Send messages and newsletters to list members
• Export members' information
• Display details of members of a specified list
