The Statistical Reports
function allows you to easily obtain the management information
that previously took hours to compile, like:
How many leads
did we get last month? Last week? Yesterday?
Where did they
come from? What is their current status?
What is their demographics
and geographical distribution?
Some of these questions
are answered by the standard management reports supplied with the
program. But, of course, you would have questions similar to these,
specific to your business.
Instead of calculating
your numbers in a spreadsheet, or by counting the number of
records that meet different criteria, you can now construct a statistical
report that will instruct Simply Contacts Database to calculate
the number of records, filtered by a flexible criteria, and
group them together based on your nominated fields.
And, as you construct
your reports, they are automatically added to the main menu, so
you can run them every morning, when you come to work or even every
hour, if you so wish.
Performance Information
Not only can you
calculate the distribution of number of contacts by any group of
parameters, you can just as easily compute performance information:
How many calls
did this or that staff member handled?
What was the
outcome of those calls?
What are the
trends in your business?
What type of
customers is more interested to talk to you?
How is the future
workload ("TO DO" items) distributed between the staff?
