Simply Contacts Database helps manage membership databases of various organizations. The program can consolidate all information about members in a single database and give you easy access to this data from a central location. Tracking Contributions and Membership Fees
If your organization has donors, volunteers or you simply need to track individual payments, then you would need Simply Contacts Database (Customers+Sales Edition). This version enables you to:
- track individual fees, donations and contributions in money and kind
- print receipts for the above
- select people by their donations and contributions - or lack thereof
For example, you can select people who contributed last year, but not this year, people who contributed less than certain amount and so on. You then can ask them, in a personalized letter or email, to continue support for your organization.
Or, you can select your top contributors and write them a personalized "Thank you" letter.
Other important functions includes management reports on your monthly activity and members profile. Based on these reports you may decide, for example, to intensify your promotional activity, or ask for special contribution etc.
