We provide interactive support session where we look at your screen and
correct any problems immediately. To use this service, please telephone
or email us first to request a session, then download and run our support software.
This
software automatically connects to our support computer and enables us
to see your screen as if we were sitting next to you. After the session
is completed, the software automatically removes itself from your
machine.
